Fundraiser - Immediate Start
Fundraiser (Part-Time, 3–4 Days per Week – Including Weekends)
Locations: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and / or Oxfordshire

Are you passionate about nature and wildlife? Do you enjoy engaging with people and making a real difference? We are looking for enthusiastic and confident fundraisers to represent the RSPB at venues across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and/ or Oxfordshire.
About the RSPB:
The RSPB is the UK’s largest nature conservation charity, working to protect birds and the wider environment for future generations. Its work includes restoring and managing vital habitats, protecting endangered species, tackling the nature and climate emergency, and inspiring people of all ages to connect with and care for nature. Funds raised help support conservation projects both in the UK and internationally.
The Role:
Working for CF Fundraising on behalf of our Charity Partner, you will engage with members of the public at a variety of indoor and outdoor venues, raising awareness of the RSPB’s vital work and encouraging people to support the charity through regular donations.

- Represent the RSPB in a positive, professional manner
- Engage confidently with the public in busy venue environments
- Communicate the RSPB’s mission and conservation impact clearly
- Inspire people to become long-term supporters
- Meet fundraising and engagement targets
- Travel to different venues across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and/ or Oxfordshire (up to 1 hour from home)
- Be part of a passionate team.
- Full training and ongoing support from industry-leading membership recruiters.

- 18 - 24 days of annual leave per annum (including bank holidays) – equivalent to 6 weeks pro-rata.

- Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking to new people
- Passionate about wildlife, conservation, or environmental causes
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Fundraising, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Enjoy variety and flexibility in your work, especially the opportunity to travel to new locations each day.
- Available to work weekends.
- You hold a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
