CF Fundraising Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic and confident Membership Recruiters to work on behalf of the London Wildlife Trust. This is a rewarding, people-focused role where you’ll inspire others to support wildlife conservation across the capital.
About London Wildlife Trust
London Wildlife Trust is a driving force for nature conservation across the capital. They take action every day to help wildlife flourish through practical conservation work, they engage, inspire and enable people to connect with nature. And through campaigns and consultancy they give wildlife a voice!
The Role
As a Membership Recruiter, you’ll represent the London Wildlife Trust at pre-booked venues, events and shows, engaging the public in friendly, face-to-face conversations. Your goal is to raise awareness of the Trust’s vital work and encourage new supporters to join as members.
This is a part-time position, working 3–4 days per week, including weekends. We offer flexibility around working days where possible.

About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
• You have a genuine passion for wildlife and conservation.
• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, events, or customer service is an advantage—but not essential
• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines, with a can-do attitude
• You’re a natural communicator with a warm, engaging style who thrives on building rapport with people face-to-face.
• You’re motivated, self-driven, and enjoy working independently.
• You embrace the variety and flexibility that comes with traveling to new locations every week.
• You’re available to work weekends.
• You have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, values conservation, and wants to go home each day knowing they’ve made a real difference.
