Become a part of the CF Fundraising family.
About Us
CF Fundraising has a fantastic family culture and, whilst many of us work remotely, you will feel like a member of the team from day one. When recruiting new team members, we are looking for people who are friendly, approachable and helpful. And whilst we allow, in fact encourage, team members to work autonomously, and you will often be working alone, you can be assured there's a great team of people and a support network behind you.
We genuinely care about our colleagues and will ensure you are working in a comfortable, safe and inclusive environment. This culture starts at the top from our MD Nathaniel, who will spend as much time "on the shop floor'' and fundraising as he does in his office and he'd never ask you do something he wouldn't do or hasn't done in the past.
