Become a part of the CF Fundraising family.

About Us

CF Fundraising has a fantastic family culture and, whilst many of us work remotely, you will feel like a member of the team from day one. When recruiting new team members, we are looking for people who are friendly, approachable and helpful. And whilst we allow, in fact encourage, team members to work autonomously, and you will often be working alone, you can be assured there's a great team of people and a support network behind you.

We genuinely care about our colleagues and will ensure that you are working in a comfortable, safe and inclusive environment. This culture starts at the top from our MD Nathaniel, who will spend as much time "on the shop floor'' and fundraising as he does in his office and he'd never ask you do something he wouldn't do or hasn't done in the past.

About You

Whilst the individual skills required may vary from position to position, these are the general qualities and attributes we would expect from any new team member:

Fundraisers will be required to recruit members/donors in pre-booked and arranged venues.  Venues may include town centres, shopping centres, markets, train stations, supermarkets and local shows.

You will be well presented and create a strong first impression on behalf of CF Fundraising and our charity partners.

You will be an excellent and confidant communicator, comfortable engaging on a one-to-one basis with members of the public and, where applicable, our venue hosts.

Other attributes:
  • Hard working and reliable.
  • Flexible (regarding working hours).
  • Friendly and likeable.
  • Customer service experience, ideally face to face.
  • Self motivated and able to work alone some of the time.
  • Must have a genuine interest in and passion for the charity you are representing.
  • Fundraising experience (handy but not essential).
  • Full driving licence and have your own vehicle (this is a must.)
  • Good administration skills.

Full training and support is given from both us and our charity partners with regular refresher training and on the job support.  You will be rewarded with a higher than average earning potential, including basic and commission and have mileage ...., parking and away from home expenses covered (where required).
